Once in a while, I get the sense you wish you were doing something other than playing poker for a living.
And so it dawns on me.  Perhaps a more fruitful line of thinking might be a concept to reignite the flames of poker love for you.
Poker is not the problem; the way we respond to poker is – typically – the problem.
How might we make the game fresh, rewarding, compelling?
I am reminded of running… I am reminded of writing.
You make it fresh by taking a break, you make it fresh by taking new routes, going new distances.
You make it more compelling by creating new challenges.
This is the time to kick your game – and yourself – up a notch.
